Polychromed vessel or container, originally with a lid, featuring a scene from the Romantic period in the center. It was made with red clay using glassy enamel in the ensemble of the piece and the base, which is not crackled. The firing process was carried out in a box or covering with no signs of the use of tripods. Some scraps are observed in the interior of the piece due to its use.

It shows a Costumbrista (Genre) scene of a young man apparently saying goodbye to his mother. The female hair style corresponds to the Victorian period, while the short male hair style corresponds to the Napoleonic period.

The representations are outlined in black; the colors were applied freehand, simulating watercolors, in yellow, light blue, brown and orange tones. A template was used to carry out the copy of the drawing.
