Polychrome pitcher made with red clay and covered with cream colored tin glaze. It is painted with green, orange, brown and black colors.
It has vegetal motifs painted freehand in green, orange, brown and black with a horizontal floral pattern in three bands on the outer body and the handle of the pitcher.
A pitcher with a very similar ornamentation was published by Cervantes, as part of the Museo Bello and places its production between 1840 and 1870. Copies with the same decorative motif exist at the José Luis Bello and González Museum and other pieces with the same ornamental proposal appear in the magazine Artes de México, in the issue entitled La talavera de Puebla.
