Pisan style polychrome tile made with red clay outlined using a stencil of a star motif, covered with a glossy tin-glazed varnish and without evidence of tripod burns.

It belongs to a set of repeated tiles with a cobalt blue background and a geometric polychrome decoration in the form of a star with floral finishes in the corners, inspired by the 17th and 18th Century Sevillian tiles.

It is part of a series of polychrome tiles that imitate the colonial style. It is located in the space that would have been the pantry.

There are similar pieces in the Iglesia del Carmen; the exhibits in the Amparo Museum are reference points to these ancient ornamental motifs.
